Processing of goods returns:

If you are an end user and have purchased BESSEY tools direct from a distributor:
Please arrange all returns with the sales partner from whom you have purchased the tool.

If you are a distributor and have purchased BESSEY tools direct from BESSEY or from a BESSEY representative:
Before returning goods, please make contact with your named BESSEY contact. In order to ensure smooth handling of your claim, please have the following information to hand: Customer number, delivery note and/or invoice number and reason for the return of goods.


Returns of goods to BESSEY are generally subject to the following provisions:

1. Goods returns must be on a carriage paid basis, otherwise any transport costs incurred will be offset against the credit note.

2. All returned goods must be determined by BESSEY upon receipt to be in first class, saleable condition. Should they not be in such a condition, any costs incurred in returning them to this condition will be deducted from the credit note.

3. A restocking fee of 15% of the sum of the original invoice will be deducted from the credit note.

4. Only goods which feature in the latest catalogue will be accepted.
