BESSEY Tool with Success at the Trade Fair

The hardware Trade Fair in Cologne every two years is the most important branch platform for tool manufacturers world-wide. At the Trade Fair from March 09. to 12. 2008, BESSEY Tool presented seven new products, which are in the process of patent registration. The resonance of the international Trade Fair visitors was quite overwhelming. Innovations such as the high-performance SGM clamp and the REVO body clamps once again clearly prove BESSEY Tool´s innovative lead.

"Thanks to several structural re-organisation efforts we are now back to our best", Managing Director Walter Mörtl said after the successful Trade Fair presence. In 2007, BESSEY achieved a plus in sales turnover of eleven percent in the tools division. Changes in all parts of the company were and are necessary to enable this success. Processes are tested for efficiency and future suitability and changed accordingly if required.

New innovative generations of a long tradition of all-steel and malleable cast-iron screw clamps are the result. The BESSEY high-performance SGM clamp with its optimised profile, the REVO body clamps, which allow clamping and spreading right around the rail, and the ERDI safety steel strap cutter for single-handed cutting of steel straps up to 32 x 1 mm demonstrate to the Trade Fair visitors BESSEY´s high standard of development and quality.

Specialists also showed a keen interest in the new U-shaped light screw clamps, the extremely variable KombiKlamp SG-VAD, the clamping force indicator FIN350 and the new ERDI nibbler D24.
