BESSEY sponsors race car teams

The Formula Student Germany is a design competition for students organised since 2006 by the Association of German Engineers (VDI) along the lines of the rules of the Formula SAE. Each year in August, students from around the world meet at the Hockenheimring for four days to compete with each other and show the industry their creativity. Similar competitions take place in the United States (Formula SAE), Great Britain (Formula Student UK), Italy (Formula SAE Italy) and Australia (Formula SAE Australasia).
The single-seat formula race cars are developed and built by students in teams. The objective, in addition to building the fastest car, is the comparison of design, financial planning and marketing.
BESSEY supported the following 3 teams with clamping and cutting tools:

○ Aixtreme Racing Fachhochschule (University of Applied Sciences) Aachen
○ Bodensee Racing Team Hochschule Technik, Wirtschaft & Gestaltung (University of Technology, Management & Design) Konstanz
○ TU Fast Racing Team TU (Technical University) Munich.
