Ambitioned investment program leads to highest quality
Bessey Präzisionsstahl GmbH, one of the leading independent manufacturers of bright free-cutting steel and stainless steel grades for the metal-working industry has launched an ambitioned investment program in 2001 in order to maintaining and expanding it’s leading position in the market.
Not only logistic processes were subject to improvements, also all relevant components of the existing Schumag drawing machines have been renewed.
The renovation of the largest drawing machine, a Schumag IIIb, was completed recently. Now this facility is able to produce drawn material up to the dimension of 46 mm at highest quality standards. Surface detection systems from Dr. Förster in association with state-of-the-art polishing units ensure the production of materials meeting highest quality requirements. By integrating two-end chamfering units bar ends can be treated according to customer requirements.
BESSEY Präzisionsstahl GmbH is able to accept the challenges in a demanding market.
