BESSEY FIRMLY ON THE SIDE OF THE USER

A cry for help from Karl-Theo Roes, measurement engineer in the field of pneumatics, went out to BESSEY which posed an intriguing challenge to this innovative workshop.

HIS CLAMPING PROBLEM:

A volumetric flow sensor had to be inserted into a pneumatic line and precisely positioned while under pressure. The work involved required a high degree of effort as well as being dangerous without using implements.

BESSEY´S SOLUTION.

The BESSEY PowerGrip clamp in a bespoke version fitted with a supplementary guided pressure pad and used in conjunction with the BESSEY multi-angle pad system VAD ensure highly precise guidance of the entire apparatus. One hand is left free to actuate the ball valve.

Mr. Roes found the answer he was looking for. He expressed his appreciation with the words: "I am thrilled with the solution you have developed, and am particularly pleased to note that there are still people and companies out there who take the needs and problems of their customers seriously and look on them as a challenge. This is the way new, innovative products are born and the way to keep one step ahead of the competition".

This is just one more success story testifying to the customer proximity and innovative drive of the BESSEY development team - and impressive evidence of why it is worth putting BESSEY to the test no matter how unusual your clamping problem.
