Vibration-resistant clamp
The flexible Omega screw clamp is a new and innovative member of the BESSEY screw clamp family. A distinctive Omega bow renders the clamping force of this new screw clamp less sensitive to vibrations, making it safer and more reliable to use. It offers universal application for clamping both wood and metal.

The new patented Omega screw clamp from BESSEY offers maximum flexibility and reliability in day-to-day application in the workshop or on the building site. The OMEGA bow absorbs vibrations occurring during machining operations – ensuring full clamping power for longer even under extreme vibration conditions.
Less force
The bow bent to an Omega shape has other benefits to offer: not only do users need to expend less force for clamping, but the clamping pressure can also be very precisely adjusted – a particular benefit when working with sensitive surfaces.

Flexible system
With the Omega screw clamp, for the first time the BESSEY Best Comfort System is being supplied as a standard feature. The Best Comfort System features a modern two-component handle and a spindle with easily exchangeable pressure plates. There are three different pressure plates to choose from – they can be exchanged quickly with just a few simple adjustments without the use of additional tools. Once the new pressure plate is mounted, it will withstand even the highest levels of tension. The Best Comfort System permits users to work with wide-ranging different materials using just a single clamp – at no added expense.
