Small clamps – enormously effective
BESSEY’s new spring clamp range serves to optimally hold workpieces together when bonding, gluing or securing. The spring clamps are ergonomically formed and deliver powerful clamping force, even with wide opening widths. The new Clippix XCL has long, pointed clamping arms for working in tight spaces or deep gaps. The new VarioClippix XV can be operated with one hand even with clamping widths of up to 170 mm. The range is rounded off by the Clippix XC all-round spring clamp.
Clippix XCL - long and pointed
BESSEY has given the new Clippix XCL spring clamp a long and pointed design. This enables the clamp to reach into even tight or deep spaces. The clamps are characterised by their compact handles, which provide the user with an improved grip. Soft, slip-proof grip pads ensure that the two-component handles sit comfortably in the hand. BESSEY has covered the spring and pin. This doesn’t just provide technical advantages, but also ensures better handling - and it also makes the clamp optically more attractive. Die Clippix XCL also has a support surface. This enables users to position the clamps vertically when working. The clamps are constructed from fibreglass reinforced plastic, which makes them light and at the same time robust and break-proof.
New VarioClippix XV – with 70% more clamping width
The new VarioClippix XV provides even more variability. With clamping widths of up to 170 millimetres, the spring clamp offers even more application options than the current VarioClippex. The clamp can be used single-handedly even at the maximum clamping width. The moveable super polyamide clamping arms are light and can now be infinitely adjusted up to maximum 170 millimetres. As with the Clippix XCL, these clamps are also equipped with two-component handles and soft-inserts. This means that the tool sits comfortably and slip-free in the hand. Soft, movable supported soft-pads protect even sensitive workpieces and facilitate gentle clamping.
Clippix XC – the all-rounder
The Clippix XC spring clamp rounds off BESSEY’s spring clamp range. This is the all-rounder for the workshop or home. The spring clamp is light, easy to handle and is suitable for all areas of application. The Clippix XC stands for functionality and best stability. The clamps are available with clamping widths between 20 and 75 millimetres. The smallest Clippix XC is even smaller that a clothes peg.
Spring clamp sets – the smart alternative
In addition, BESSEY also has three new spring clamp sets in the range. The XC1-set includes seven clamps, while the XC2-set has four. The XCL2 set contains two new Clippix XCL long and pointed clamps.
