One handle, two releases
Quick, secure and strong – that characterises the new Synchro-Lock GHS lever clamps from BESSEY. The new clamps for metal and wood come with a clamping force of 8,000 N and can be quickly released and re-clamped in any position. BESSEY has equipped the lever clamps with two release mechanisms. Users can operate either the black release lever or the black button on the end of the handle.
Quick
Two release mechanisms provide advantages for the user: they mean that BESSEY Synchro-Lock GHS lever clamps can be quickly clamped and released in almost any position. Tests undertaken by BESSEY’s development department have shown that the new lever clamps thereby facilitate working at up to five times the speed of regular screw clamps. This means the lever clamps are ideal for jobs where many clamps are required, or where the clamps need to be set and released quickly.
Secure
The ratchet mechanism ensures controlled clamping and makes the clamp resistant to vibrations. The powder-coated clamping lever and the plastic-coated release lever are remarkably ergonomic. The fixed arm and pressure plate are manufactured and tempered from a single piece. This ensures for maximum tensile strength and stability. The sliding arm is serrated and is forged from quenched and tempered steel, ensuring for a long service life.
Strong
The new BESSEY Synchro-Lock GHS lever clamps come with a clamping force of up to 8,000 N. No matter whether you are clamping metal or wood, the new lever clamps handle both, powerfully and easily.
