Quicker, more effective, safer: The new generation of SGM high-performance clamps from BESSEY offer numerous technical improvements.

Clamp quickly
"More power in no time!" – the new generation of SGM high-performance clamps deliver 20% more clamping force per turn of the handle. This means that workpieces can be clamped significantly faster and more powerfully. The unique rail profile provides more clamping stability for faster and safer working.

New shape
The newly designed die forged sliding arm represents high-tech in the tightest of spaces. Its extremely stable U-shape transfers the force in a linear manner during the clamping process and thereby more effectively to the rail – a principle that has proven itself in the construction of steel girders and bridges. The upper side of the fixed arm has been newly designed with a plateau in a flattened shape which facilitates the attachment of individual adapters. All of the new generation high-performance clamps come in a throat depth of 140 mm, instead of 120 mm. This means that a deeper level of clamping is possible.

Innovatively equipped
The durable and robust high-performance pressure plate with its large spherical head and oil-soaked sintered steel inserts on the inside offer excellent sliding and antifriction properties.
