Precise nibbler - Erdi nibbler D24

The new Erdi nibbler from BESSEY cuts sheets without deforming - even on the smallest radii. The integrated cutting-off function then immediately removes the swarf.

Clear lines
Regular sheet steel snips tend to deform the sheet during cutting. The nibbler is different. It enables the material to retain its original form during the cutting process. BESSEY has now equipped the nibbler with an open die-plate, through which the swarf can easily run out. The integrated cutting-off function then removes the swarf cleanly.

Good cuts
The new nibbler cuts normal sheet metal of 400 N/mm² up to a thickness of 1.2 mm. Stainless steel sheets of 800 N/mm² can be cut to 0.8 mm thickness. It can also cut the smallest of radii down to just 25 mm. A drilled hole of 8.5 mm is required for cuts in the centre of the sheet.

Secure grip
Grip covers with soft material inserts in the upper part enable comfortable operation. In addition, the lower anti-slide device is set back and prevents the hand from slipping.
