Powerful clamping with one hand - One-handed clamp EZS
BESSEY has equipped the new EZS one-handed clamp with greater clamping force and improved handling, making it an indispensible aid to DIY and professional workers alike. It proves to be the ideal clamping tool, especially when faced with work using just one hand – e.g. when working above the head or if alignment requires the simultaneous use of another tool.
A strong performance
The new EZS one-handed clamp from BESSEY can do it. The sophisticated technology facilitates a clamping force of up to 2,000 N instead of the previous 1,100 N. That is 80% more power with the same low weight of around 1 kg per clamping jaw.
Rapid conversion
When converting the clamping jaws from clamps to spreading jaws, the new EZS one-handed clamp is equipped with an intelligent release mechanism. A push of the button and the top section can be released without tools and placed on the other end of the bar for spreading. The release button always remains attached to the clamping tool and cannot be lost.
Practical by design
The new EZS one-handed clamp is strong yet gentle: The ergonomically shaped twin-component plastic handle with compression lever is located behind the bar and allows a secure hold from both directions. Large, soft protective caps guarantee a firm grip and are kind to sensitive surfaces. Releasing the EZS is quick and easy with the release lever integrated into the handle.
The one-handed clamp is available with clamping openings of 150 to 900 mm and with an 80 mm throat depth. Prices from specialist dealers range between 20.80 Euros and 31.50 Euros.
