More than a clamp – a clamping concept!
Wherever parts with delicate surfaces need to be clamped or spread parallel to one another, the BESSEY REVO body clamp is the ideal tool. Well considered accessories and technical refinements such as the tilting adapter, the frame-press set or the new body clamp extension provide the right solution for practically any application.
A powerful grip is guaranteed by clamping forces up to 7,000 N and large clamping surfaces. The REVO body clamp can be used for all applications – even behind and at the sides of the high-quality profiled rails. This allows you to clamp in locations that conventional screw clamps are unable to reach. They even have a grip on pointed and rounded surfaces. Craftsmen also enjoy being able to adjust them to the precise setting for corners and stepped edges.
However, the REVO body clamp offers can be used for many more applications. It is not “just a clamp”, but rather, part of a comprehensive clamping concept.
The REVO is made even more versatile by the well considered accessories. New to the BESSEY range is the KBX body clamp extension. This simple, but very clever clamping connection made from sturdy aluminium makes it possible to increase the opening width of the REVO up to 5(!) m.
For clamping at non-right angles, the KR-AS tilting adapter is available. It can be easily slid onto the clamping jaws and is infinitely adjustable within a tilting range of 30°.
The REVO body clamp has a practical extra feature for clamping frames: the KP variable frame-press set. It consists of four 90° angles. It can be used to custom-adjust the clamping pressure by inserting two clamps per corner.
The TK6 table clamps can be used to easily secure the clamps and their workpiece contact surfaces to a workbench.
BESSEY has developed another noteworthy product with the REVO KRV Vario body clamp. The Vario variant REVO body clamp for clamp lengths of 1 to 2.5 m is available with an infinitely adjustable head which can be moved at the press of a button. When it is positioned in the centre of the workpiece, this means that the weight can be well distributed – particularly when an object will be clamped for an extended period.
Three interchangeable and glue resistant protective caps guarantee workpiece protection. Movable workpiece contact surfaces prevent direct contact between the workpiece and the grooved steel rail, without sacrificing the function of the jaw faces.
REVO body clamps are available in specialist retailers for between 38.60 and 106.80 euros (RRP excl. VAT) – depending on which size and variant.
