Quality assurance
We at Bessey Präzisionsstahl GmbH put great emphasis on quality. For many decades already, the outstanding quality of our products has been the standard we match ourselves against in the market.
Our company complies with all important international and industrial certification standards:
- DIN EN ISO 9001:2008
- ISO TS 16949:2009
- DIN EN ISO 14001:2004
As the environment is very close to our heart, we additionally use an environmental management system for the continuing improvement of our environmental performance. The company publishes an Environmental Declaration in regular intervals, which is, just like the entire production and supply system, examined by an approved, independent environmental analyst. Annual audits and the recertification, which takes place every three years, entitle Bessey Präzisionsstahl GmbH to use the EMAS logo for verified environmental management on an uninterrupted basis since 1997.
In our own laboratory, four members of staff are exclusively employed to carry out physical, metallurgical and other necessary tests to enable us to guarantee the high quality of our products. Based on these experiences, Bessey Präzisionsstahl GmbH has introduced quality assurance systems for different products and has applied them continuously. That way we are in a position to produce in accordance with the requirements of TÜV (Technical Control Board) and other testing, monitoring and certifying authorities, which have been approved by the construction control board and to mark their products accordingly – e.g. with the Conformity label (CE label), which is well known in the construction sector.
