Return Goods and Warranty Claims – End user purchased direct from a Tool Distributor
Please initiate returns of any sort with the distributor where the tool was purchased (Retail location or online vendor).
Return Goods – Distributor purchased direct from BESSEY Tools
Product being returned for credit (only permitted if incorrectly shipped). You may be asked for invoice numbers, packing slips or proof of delivery, please have this information available. Please send your request to BESSEY at email@example.com.
Returned goods are subject to the following conditions
- All material returned must be in resalable condition and in its original packaging.
- A 20 % restocking fee may apply unless the distributor is placing a new order of equal or greater value than the return.
- Products returned must be current products in the BESSEY product offering.
- Return shipments must be pre-paid.
