New from BESSEY: One-handed table clamp EZR now also for Bosch and Mafell guide rails

The EZR one-handed table clamp, which has been successfully launched on the market, now offers even more application options. This is because BESSEY has further developed the product and now also enables the secure attachment of Bosch and Mafell guide rails via an adapter.

The new EZR15SET includes two one-hand clamps – with attachment on the lower part and guide with 12 x 6.5 mm to 12 x 8 mm groove dimensions on the upper part – as well as two special adapters. When mounted on the upper part, the clamp can then also fixe guide rails with 12 x 1.8 mm groove dimensions. The complete set offers a uniquely wide range of applications thanks to tool-free conversion and attachment of the individual parts: On the one hand, guide rails of the brands Festool, Protool, Metabo, Makita, Hitachi/Hikoki, Dewalt and, thanks to the new adapter, Bosch and Mafell can also be securely fixed. On the other hand, the clamps with 75 kg of power can be used as a normal one-handed clamp for clamping and spreading – also overlapping – and can be used in profiles as well as on work tables.

The clamps are particularly ergonomic to use. Their 2-component plastic handle with pump lever behind the rail ensures safe access from both directions. Thanks to the release lever positioned in the handle, the sliding arm can be adjusted quickly and the clamp removed when work is complete. A cross prism integrated into the protective caps allows even round, pointed and angular parts to be fixed. BESSEY also makes no compromises when it comes to robustness. The upper and lower parts are made of fiberglass-reinforced polyamide and the profiled rail is made of tempered and burnished steel. Furthermore, the handle mechanism is protected from dust and chips by a plastic housing. 

The clamps included in the EZR15SET have 150 mm clamping width (120-310 mm spreading width) and 60 mm throat depth.
